Chubb's Living Protection Comprehensive Insurance

Chubb Insurance Living Protection Comprehensive Insurance includes below coverages in all plans.

Personal Libaility: 100,000,000（※no deductible)
Tenant/Lessee's Liability: 2,000,000（※deductible of JPY 30,000）*we may recommend insured amount other than JPY 20M depending on the area size of insured property.
Repair expense: 1,000,000（※no deductible）
Legal protection expense: Legal consultation fee JPY 10,000/per consulting, JPY 30,000/per event, Attorney's fee JPY 1,000,000 (per year)

Total premium will be calculated based on policy period, personal property (main compulsory coverage, personal property = personal belongings that will be kept inside insured property owned by the applicant) and earthquake insurance.
※Personal property can't be deleted from the plan as this will be main covreage for Living Protection Comprehensive Insurance.

※Policy covers all members living in the insured property, as long as member (name) is included in lease contract under member/resident list. Please make sure to update this list with your real estate agent.


<Earthquake Insurance:

*Earhtuqkae insurance discount system:

To apply disocunt on earthquake insurance premium, insured building must be built after 1/6/1981 and proof document must be submitted to insurance company.
Generally with leased property, whether this discount can be applied or not are checked through Tokibo Tohon of the building （建物登記簿謄本）or Jyuyojiko Setsumeisho (重要事項説明書) of leased property with Shunkobi (竣工日). Please contact your real estate agent for documents for us to determine whether 'Age of consturction discount' can be applied or not.
