・Registration Certificate of the car requiring coverage
・**Please send us necessary informaton of your car if your certificate is not ready at the time of applying for quote (e.g., Car model and year of registration.)

・Copy of Driver's License
・Copy of Passport (photo page and page that shows your first entry to Japan)
・Completed questionnaire - can be downloaded from below link or from DOWNLOAD BROCHURE menu on left handside.

Please note that Human Corporation is unable to assist you with the Compulsory Insurance (JCI), a must insurance when driving in Japan who has the registration. However, this does not refer to rental car drivers.
